General Motors: Billion requested for Volt

The U.S. car giant General Motors is threatening to spin into bankruptcy and urges the U.S. government to now to 2.6 billion U.S. dollars from a subsidy pot of the Department of Energy to transfer. The Department of Energy funding pot is used to develop environmentally friendly vehicles to promote.
