Micron announces first SSD with 6-GBit/s-SATA-Interface
The RealSSD C300-series is equipped with 2 GByte of DDR3 DRAM fujitsu lifebook c2330 battery. It achieves a read speed of up to 355 MByte / s and a write rate of up to 215 MByte / s. The drives come with 128 and 256 GB of storage space.
Micron has introduced under the name of the first after RealSSD C300 indicated that SSD series with a 6-GBit/s-SATA-Schnittstelle. She works with 2 GB of DDR3 DRAM and 34-nanometer NAND flash memory from IM Flash Technologies, a joint venture between Intel and Micron acer travelmate 2300 battery.
