Solar for a Mag-Beam

The Mag-Beam propulsion concept was developed by Robert Winglee and his fellow researchers as a means of propelling quick interplanetary shuttles without mucking around with rockets and  Dell Latitude D620 Battery. Holly Gates ran across our item raising the possibility of solar-cell covers to help power E Ink machines. But what about an e-reader that relies entirely on energy from the sun or other light sources and Pavilion dv6000 Battery?

The design behind this is most likely for the battery use and people that need a faster processor (multimedia users).The machine is extremely quiet, the fan hardly goes into full blast, even with the CPU at 100 percent.

One especially nice perk is the included Wi-Fi Catcher (activated by pushing the Wi-Fi switch to the far right as Dell Latitude D610 Battery), I did not have enough time to test it with the screen at a medium level but Vista tells me I can safely say it can push a little over six hours with Wi-Fi. If you get the Media Bay battery to go along with the nine-cell, I would venture about 7.5 or more hours. Of course, this is assuming you are using it for lightweight programs and you have 1GB or more of RAM.

Battery life with the primary 6-cell Dell laptop Battery was fairly standard stuff, and you can expect between two to three hours battery depending on how you use the notebook. But Compaqr to Dell Latitude D820 Battery  Dell Latitude D630 included a nine-cell battery  that extends about 2.5cm in front of the system. The extended battery served the Latitude well in our taxing DVD battery-drain test, where it held out for 4 hours 45 minutes.

When you take a closer look at it, you will realize that this is a solar charger for rechargeable batteries, so hopefully neat designs such as these will help move more people’s hearts and wallets to lean towards the green side of things. All you need to do is slide batteries down the back of the frame straight into the protective charging pouch and you’re good to go. Too bad this is but a concept at this point in time.
